Comments -WOW! What a blast from the past this has been! What a very cool website, thanks so much for sharing!! I went to Gale in the 60's and I see quite a few familiar faces and names on here. I left Chicago back in '74 and relocated to Los Angeles for 29 years. I worked for Merv Griffin for 4 years and then International Creative Management (ICM), a major talent agency in Beverly Hills for 24 years. I moved back to Chi for a change and want to do Voice Over and art. What a culture shock! Some things are different and some things never changed! Happy New Year Gale Alumni!
I guess as I grow older (and now that I am a grandmother), I do
reflect on my experiences at Gale School. Mostly, I think about
some of the people I really enjoyed getting to know. If anybody
knows or has contact with the following, please let me know. We
graduated Gale in 1965.

Comments - Hello. I
would have graduated from Gale in 1959, but our family moved to the
suburbs at the end of the school year in 1957. My heart, though,
was always with the people I grew up with in Chicago. I remember
having the chance to come back to the neighborhood one afternoon and
visiting with my friends Mimi and Joel Werth. What stands
out about that afternoon (we did a lot of jumping rope, I think) is
that I smiled so much my face hurt at the end of the day! I missed
my friends so very much, and found suburban life so lonely by
comparison.
If there's ever another reunion for the class of 1959, I would love
to hear about it in advance. I live in Oakland, California, and
work in Berkeley as a private practice psychotherapist. I can be
